WHO ARE WE?
We are established Musical instrument retailers that has been in business since the mid 1970’s and has vast experience in selling both new and used Guitar and related Musical equipment – with the aim of sourcing quality pre owned instruments and equipment from a wider area. Our intention is to be transparent and you should be completely aware that our intention is to sell on your Guitar for a reasonable margin.
DOES IT WORK?
Follow the easy to use steps and fill in the your details in the relevant fields using the valuation form – with as much detail as you can – remember, we are interested not only in Guitars but related Music Gear, amps, effects etc.
Once you have submitted the info to us we will review it and contact you via email – usually within 24 hours. If we are interested in purchasing, we will make you an offer. You are totally at liberty to negotiate or ultimately decline. If we agree on a purchase value, we will give you advice on how to correctly package the item, arrange for our courier to call and collect at a time and place which is convenient and pay you via paypal.
WILL YOU BUY MY GUITAR AND OR OTHER EQUIPMENT?
Yes, and have it picked up from you at our expense – assuming we agree a purchase price, which is based on the information and images that you supply on the valuation form. It is the responsibility of the vendor, i.e. you, to submit completely honest and accurate information and details about the item you wish to sell.
HOW DO YOU VALUE AN INSTRUMENT OR EQUIPMENT?
We have decades of experience in buying and selling new and used Musical Instruments etc – we base our value on what we think we can get for in item at retail price, depending on market conditions, demand, condition of the item and the any repair or refurbishment may be required to bring something up to retail standard.
We also offer warranties on selected pre owned equipment and instruments, which is reflected in the prices that we may achieve at retail.
DO YOU BUY BROKEN OR NONE WORKING GUITARS OR EQUIPMENT?
The condition and status of each item will be taken into consideration and we may be happy to buy an instrument or an item that we can restore, repair or set up but this will be reflected in the value we are prepared to pay. Please ensure you tell us honestly about any issues damage or faults that your Guitar or equipment might have on the valuation form
HOW DO I GET PAID?
Once we have agreed a purchase amount, we will confirm this via email and then pay the funds into your Paypal account. NB – If you do not have paypal account you can set one up within minutes by logging in to paypal.co.uk and following the new account set up instructions.
It requires only your valid email address and your bank details. We Buy Any Guitar nor any other party has knowledge, sight or access to your bank account.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I HAVE GOT SOMETHING WRONG OR THERE IS A PROBLEM WITH THE INFORMATION I SUBMIT ABOUT MY GUITAR OR EQUIPMENT?
We Buy Any Guitar reserves the right to reverse any transaction and return an Instrument or item should any of the details of the item or Instrument fail to be accurate, misleading or fails to match the initial submission upon which the valuation and purchase is based.
WHAT DOES THIS MEAN?
Very simply, if we agreed to purchase a Guitar or other Item that, upon receipt to us and after physical inspection, was in damaged (including transit damage), or not as described in terms of any declared condition or state of repair, has un reported electronic, mechanical or finish defects or is not a genuine article i.e. fake/counterfeit etc.
HOW WOULD YOU RECOVER THE FUNDS?
Paypal is a very safe and effective vehicle for financial transactions between parties who enter into a sale/purchase agreement with distance involved. To hold a Paypal account, Paypal insists and checks on the financial integrity of the account holder.
If a Guitar or item does not fulfil the description originally submitted, we will return the item to the seller and utilise the Paypal Resolution Center to recall the funds, retaining the return carriage fee.
HOW DO I GET THE GUITAR/ITEM TO YOU?
We will have the Guitar or Item picked up from the address you supply using a courier service. We will contact you to let you know a time window of when the collection will take place. It is your responsibility to provide the relevant material and package the item adequately so it is not damaged in transit. Ideally, if an Instrument has a fitted hard case or Padded Bag then please send the item to us in it.
If we receive an item that is damaged in transit due to poor packing then we reserve the right to return the item and reverse the transaction.
